Lights On

Well, we survived huricane ike. He gave us a hard punch but we made it out okay. We only had a few shingle that blew off. The only other draw back was that we did not have electricty for 8 days. We were rather fortunate because we had a cool front come through for the first 3 days, so the high was in the low 80's and lows were in the high 50's. After that it really started to warm up to the high 80's and the lows were in the low 70's. We were really lucky when our brother-in-law got a generator from his brother. We were able to use fans and things at night. It was a nice break from the heat. Anna and the kids did great through it all. I think I was the one that complained the most. We are really lucky because there are still some people without electricity. I ended up working at the hospital on Monday and Tuesday and got sick on Wednesday. I think the hurrican blew up all the pollution from the south. My sinuses went haywire.
Anna had an appointment at 35 weeks pregnant and they did an ultrasound and said the baby was 6lbs and 3 ounces. We do not think that she is going to make it to 40 weeks. Dr Bullock said that the earliest that he would induce her would be oct
23rd. He said that everything looks fine.
The boys are doing great. They are excited for the baby to come. They are always telling me, "Look dady, the baby is moving." and are always wanting to touch anna's belly.
We have finally decided on a name for the baby. He shall be known, until we change our minds, as Tyler Archie Kremer. We are really excited.
We hope everything is going well for everyone. We are still trying to do better to keep everyone updated. We will try harder to take more pics.
